Many families find a special niche in the world that sticks for generations. This is true in many fields of work such as farming, auto mechanics, and even real estate. These family traditions are common in many areas, especially in the southern states of the U.S. Louisville, Kentucky is one place that these traditions hold strong and true, and Brandon Priest is a fine example of these family business traditions.

Brandon Priest is a third generation real estate professional. His grandfather, Stanley Priest, opened the offices of S.G. Priest Realtors in the late 1950s. Brandon’s father, Steve Priest, joined the business after he completed his education. The father and son duo built the business into a solid one based on integrity and hard work. It is no wonder that Brandon, himself, joined the workforce in the office at the young age of 12. His duties then included various office tasks and running errands.

He worked in the office throughout his junior high and high school years. He knew then that he was going to follow in his grandfather’s and father’s footsteps. Brandon, in fact, began taking classes in real estate school before he graduated high school in 1997. After high school graduation, he attended the University of Kentucky. While there, Brandon double majored in Finance and Marketing. He also studied Economics as a minor. In 2001, Brandon graduated from the university with two Bachelor’s of Science degrees and a grade point average of 3.6.

Brandon Priest then studied to earn his Realtor’s licence in 2002. He then continued his educational journey and earned his Real Estate Broker’s license in 2003. During this time Brandon continued to work in his family’s real estate office. He also completed a course on Home Inspections to further his knowledge and expertise in the industry.

After his schooling was completed, Brandon spent several years increasing his on the job experience and knowledge of the Louisville real estate market and living up to the family reputation. His experience, and expertise, in the real estate industry is not limited to specific types of transactions. His vast experiences include; upscale residential home sales, investment property transactions, starter home sales, and land transactions. Brandon Priest is well experienced in various types of multi-family property projects. He also has extensive knowledge and experiences as a property manager.
